We do not provide onsite installation maintenance and repair, but we do have a strong technical support team that can provide support online and offline . Our warranty policy states that all functional hardware and load bearing hardware is covered by a 10-year warranty from the delivery date, and all outlook products are covered by a 3-year warranty from the delivery date. All electronic products are covered by a 12-month warranty. If any abnormality affects the product’s functionality, customers must provide a picture or video showing the product’s problem, a written description, article number, and purchase history to receive HOPO support. We will replace the product with a new one if it is reported to have a functional defect during the warranty period, but we will not provide additional technical assistance such as hardware removal, installation, or handling.
